· 500 g. Nün wheat, quinoa and seaweed flour

· 450 ml warm water

· 20 g. yeast



1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water.

2. Pour Nün flour in a bowl.

3. Make a well in the centre of the flour, then add yeast and water.

4. Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough (add more water if the dough is dry).

5. Place the dough in a bowland cover with a damp cloth. Leave to rise for 1 hour until doubled in size or place in the fridge overnight.

6. Bake at 190º for 50 minutes approximately.
