What are the payment options?

In Nün you can pay with credit or debit cards through Webpay or by bank transfer.

The Webpay system allows payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. You can also pay with debit cards with Redcompra. The payment through Webpay system is made through a secure server of Transbank. Your card details will be not delivered to our store.

Note: If you pay by credit or debit card and your payment was declined, we recommend contacting your financial institution.

Do you ship to all regions of Chile?

How much does shipping cost?

Once you enter the exact shipping address, transportation cost depending on the region, locality and size of the product you're buying will be appear.

Nün offers FREE shipments for stores in purchases over $30,000 only in Santiago.


Why should I pay for transportation together with the product?

It is the most comfortable and easy way to do it, since you will be able to receive the product without the need to spend money in your home.


How long does the shipment take?

The shipment takes between 1 to 3 business days in Santiago and 3 to 7 business days in other regions. The confirmation of your purchase can take a maximum of one business day.


When are deliveries executed?

They are conducted from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.


I will not be in the place to receive the order, can someone else receive it?

Of course, the orders can be received by third parties (relatives, custodians, etc.). It’s the sole responsibility of the customer to provide an address in which people are available to receive the order. You can find more in our section Payments and shipments.

Can I return a product?

Nün accepts returns in two cases:

(i)                 THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE


In both cases the product can be returned, but the product must be kept in its original packaging.
